The Cobourg Model Railroaders will be holding the Cobourg Model Train Show at the Lions Community Centre, Elgin Street East. Times: 10:00 to 16:30. Admission: Adults $3.00, Children under 12 $1.00. Niagara Falls, Ontario - March 7, 2010
The 10th Annual Niagara Falls Model Railway Show will be held at the Optimist Park Hall, corner of Dorchester Road and Morrison Street. Times: 10:00 to 15:30. Admission: Adults $5.00 and children under 12 free. The show features model railway vendors, layouts and museum displays. There is lots of parking and food and drinks are available. Kingston, Ontario - March 20 and 21, 2010
The Kingston Division of the Canadian Railroad Historical Association will hold its 21st Rail 0 Rama Model Train Show at the Ambassador Hotel, 1550 Princess Street. Times: 10:00 to 16:00 both days. Admission: Adults $5.00, Seniors (60+) $4.00 and Children (5-12) $2.00. Show includes train layouts, railway displays, railway vendors and a THOMAS activity table. Lindsay, Ontario - April 10 and 11, 2010
The Lindsay & District Model Railroaders will present the 36th Annual Lindsay Model Railway Show at the Victoria Park Armoury, 2010 Kent Street West. Times: April 10 - 10:00 to 17:00, April 11 - 10:00 to 16:00. Admission: $5.00, Children (6-12) $2.00 and under 6 free. Campbellville,Ontario - April 17, 2010
The Forest City Slide Sale and Show will take place at the Lions Hall (west side of Campbellville Road, just south of the CPR tracks). Times: 12:00 to 16:00 with a slide show starting after at 18:00 to midnight. There will be formal programs. Guests are welcome to show about 20 of their favourite slides. Admission: Sale $5.00 and Show $7.00 or $10.00 for both events. Supper is available at the Mohawk Inn, west side of Campbellville Road just north of Highway 401. Fenwick, Ontario - April 18 & 19, November 13 & 14 and November 20 & 21, 2010
The Greater Niagara Model Engineers will be holding their Open Houses during 2010 at their club house at 1141 Maple St. in Fenwick. Times: 12:00 to 16:30 each days. The model layout is based on railroads in the Niagara Region and includes a mix of steam and diesel. Admission is free but donations are greatfully received. Cochrane, Ontario - July 2010
A tour of the Ontario Northland Railway line is being arranged by Rail Travel Tours and Canada's National History Society. It will be a round trip from Toronto to celebrate Cochrane's 100th Anniversary and to travel to Moosonee-Moose Factory. For more information contact Rail Travel Tours at 1-866-704-3528


Society Slide & Video Night Meetings
The Society also meets on the third Tuesday of each month (excluding July and August) for an evening of members' slides and videos. This is an opportunity for members to show their favourite images in an informal setting and to see the photography of other members. Bring your slides and videos out and enjoy the fun.
